In less than 24 hours the 2017 and largest Wisconsin Cheese Industry Conference or WCIC will begin and we are excited to see all of Wisconsin’s Cheese Makers! The conference has a record number of attendees registered and with exhibit space completely full, this conference is going to be the best yet.
