The Second Step…

Once we have identified your specific needs, we will develop an initial proposal and proof of concept. There may be multiple options to choose from depending on the goal but we offer solutions from packaging to palletizing that will fit your company’s needs.  After you have approved the proof of concept – making the decision to proceed, we will create your custom design by continuing on with the engineering of your industrial robot or robots, by designing and mapping out the implementation and installation portion of the project. Our team wants your company to become more efficient and profitable to see you succeed – we want your company to set new production standards in your industry.

• Design Improvement

  We will look at your facility to understand what equipment you already have and what processes your company has in place that we can build from to benefit you.  If we see something that could be improved to make the automation process easier, we will discuss it with you.

• Energy Reduction Management

  Not only do we want to save you time, but money as well.  We do that by making all equipment pieces as compact as possible, but still maximizing efficiency.  This allows for future expansion, when needed, as well as making sure smaller facilities are able to automate their manufacturing processes.  With compact equipment you can be sure that your facility will save on energy costs and time spent on maintenance.

• Facility Layout

  We will work with you to ensure that the manufacturing process layout is at its highest efficiency possible. Never will we come in and take over your facility. Along
  side of you, we walk the production floor and discuss all available options to find the best location for your robotic automation addition.

• Process Improvement

  Because of our years of experience and our passion for the manufacturing process, we will help your efficiency improve.  We may see a solution to an area of your concern that may have seemed impossible, but our trained and knowledgeable engineers will find a resolution that best fits your company’s needs.
