Our direct food contact washdown conveyors are constructed out of only USDA accepted materials and construction that makes clean up simple and easy. Our washdown conveyors have no fasteners within the food contact zone and all of our washdown conveyors’ product contact zones are completely removable without the use of tools! Since our washdown conveyors are built with the end user in mind, they are easily cleaned, easily disassembled, and easily maintained.

These washdown rated direct food contact conveyors were designed for our customers in the diary industry. We have created conveyors or cheese conveyors for all of our dairy plant customers. Quest’s cheese conveyor design has lead the way for the direct food contact washdown rated conveyors. Quest Industrial’s direct food contact wash down conveyors are made with 304 or 316 Stainless Steel formed and welded construction

Finish:
Raw Stainless, polished, and matte finish are used to ensure cleanability for your direct food contact washdown conveyor

Cleaning Options:

We understand the value of your employees’ time, which is why we have developed several options to assist with simple and quick sanitation of every Qleen-Line direct food contact washdown conveyor

• Clean in Place Spray Heads with dairy style connection and clamp
• Clean in place with built in submersion belt
• Clean in place with motorized brush and spray system

Lengths:
Qleen-Line direct food contact washdown conveyors come at a standard 5 foot length, but are customizable from 2 feet all the way up to 100 feet with modular sectional additions

Direct Food/ Cheese Conveyor Controls:
Quest has integrated controls packages that range from standalone conveyance to fully accumulating direct food contact washdown conveyors.  This system can be integrated with machines and /or operators.

Weight Management:
Quest also has integrated weight scale systems that are integrated into the direct food contact washdown conveyor system to output data values of tared weight, gross weight, and or weight verification.
